Purpose For Interview |
Every interview has a purpose which the candidate should know clearly before the formal presentation. The purpose could be just general i.e. to screen the candidate and eliminate a bunchful of them who disapproves to the basic requisites or the interview may be only to shortlist a few candidates who may sound to be suitable as per the need of the job.
But the interview of UPSC is altogether a different agenda. It is more an evolution through interaction of two minds rather than a hunter with hunting attributes. Honestly, here not only your total physical traits (Personality) matters but simultaneous your interest, attitude and your sensible and logical views towards any particular problem etc. are assessed. |
